5. Rewards & Redemption

  • Users must provide accurate shipping details
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners
  • Fraudulent activity may result in account suspension

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

  • Purchases are processed via Google Play Billing
  • All payments are handled by Google
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • Refunds are subject to Google Play policies

7. Advertisements

  • The app may display ads (e.g., Google AdMob)
  • Ads help support free features of the app
  • We are not responsible for third-party ad content

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content (design, graphics, games, branding) belongs to Puzzlio
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Cheat, exploit bugs, or use hacks
  • Use bots or automated systems
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the app
  • Abuse rewards system

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if: You violate these terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or as required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for: Loss of data, Loss of rewards, or Technical issues or downtime.
